Dr. Trussoni is a practitioner and professor of engineering and architecture. He is a Professional Engineer (PE 69318), Registered Architect (AR 94229) and Certified General Contractor (CGC1527350) in the State of Florida. He owns and operates Trussoni Architecture Group and Truline Construction, LLC in Miami, FL. He is currently also an Assistant Professor in Practice at the University of Miami and has taught at the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
Matthew received his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering in 2003. He went on to receive a dual Master’s Degree in Architecture and Urban Design in 2005 and a PhD in Civil (Structural) Engineering in 2009 from the University of Miami. His professional associations include the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the Florida Engineering Society (FES).

Marcel Briseno is a seasoned Project Management Consultant specializing in finish work for luxury hospitality and residential projects. His goal is to provide and perform quality assurance acceptance and turnover services. With extensive experience overseeing the finish work for Marriott luxury hotels and residences across the United States and Mexico, Marcel ensures the highest standards of quality assurance. His key responsibilities include thoroughly inspecting rooms and spaces, and resolving discrepancies between architectural drawings and their practical application. Marcel excels at constantly following up with trades to ensure quality and managing punch crews to stay on schedule for opening.
Marcel’s impressive project portfolio includes high-profile properties such as the JW Marriott Clearwater Beach, JW Dallas Arts District, The Ritz-Carlton Portland, and The Edition Riviera Maya. Currently he is opening the highly anticipated St. Regis on Longboat Key.
